Frequently asked questions
What counts as a study?
A complete concept test on the simulated population: its versions or its prices, your questions and the report. If you ask up to 300 people, it counts as 1 study of your plan. If you ask more than 300 and up to 1000, it counts as 3, because the study asks more than three times as many people.
What if I use up the month's studies?
You can wait for the next month or move up a plan. Today, in the beta, the limit that applies is your account's daily quota.
What does “unlimited” mean?
No monthly limit on studies of up to 300 people, with fair use: larger studies count within that use and every account has a daily quota of studies so the service answers everyone.
Can I cancel?
Yes, whenever you like: write to us and the plan ends at the end of the current month.
Do prices include VAT?
No. The applicable VAT is added on the invoice. There is no online payment yet: when we open your account we agree the plan and invoicing by email.
